We want this site to work for everyone who needs it, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or captions.

What we’re working toward

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That’s the standard most widely used for websites, and it covers things like readable color contrast, text alternatives for images, keyboard access to everything, and clearly labeled forms.

We check the site against that standard and fix what we find. We won’t claim it’s perfect — sites change, and problems appear. What we can promise is that we take reports seriously and act on them.

Please tell us. Email Hello@HealWithHaven.com or call (240) 200-4519 and describe what you ran into and where. We’ll respond within five business days and tell you what we can do.

If there’s information on this site you can’t reach, we’ll give it to you another way — by phone, by email, or in whatever format works.

A note on our sessions

Our sessions happen over video. If you need captions, a specific platform, extra time, or another accommodation to take part comfortably, say so during your consultation. It’s a normal request and we’d rather know at the start.
